Bible Verse For House Warmimnginvitation Samples

Castle purity. (1972).

Arturo Ripstein

The biggest hotbed of ideas in the film unusual is the reality. Says an old adage "The truth is always stranger than fiction." The events that inspired the screenplay unlikely Arturo Ripstein and Jose Emilio Pacheco stir among journalists' sources of the time, the novel by Luis Spota "The cat laugh" and the play "The motives of the Wolf" by Sergio Magaña. Interestingly each work infinitely far from each other.

tells the newspaper El Universal in footnote 90 Anniversary : news of the tragedy : "That decade ended with the coverage of a closure for the family. Rafael Pérez Hernández was arrested for kidnapping his wife and six children. Were over 15 years of captivity, exploitation and humiliation, the father had built a small cottage industry in which their children elaborated insecticides and rat poison that he was selling. His family fed with a diet of oats and beans, which favored spirituality. Nobody visited and only left the house for the parent to teach them the perversions of this world. "

writes on the same case in his book Carlos Monsivais The Thousand and Wakes:" In July 1959 he discovered a closure for the family. Rafael Pérez Hernández was arrested for kidnapping his wife and six children, somewhat allegorical names: Untamed, free, sovereign, successful, Living Well and Free Thought. They carry more than 15 years locked up, beaten, buffeted by scolding and sermons. The eldest daughter, Indomitable, is 17 and the youngest, Free Thought, 42 days old. For 15 years, Pérez Hernández feed your family on a diet of oats and beans, while forcing the development of rat poison exhausting. Nobody visits and only leave the house so the father taught the perversions of this world. (From time to time to go ... Thanks to observe prostitutes and alcoholics.) Eventually they decide to rebel and ask for help. And in July 1959 police arrested Perez protest: 'My sons are just trying to take over the capital that have been formed with many sacrifices'. "

As a matter for another source of inspiration for Ripstein, I think the literary version is deficient for various and multiple reasons. Primarily reflects little direct technique usually build extremely long parallel stories trying to justify the psychological profile of its protagonists. Maybe it's a personal setting, but I hate the texts that are excessive in their explanations or assessments and the quoted text is saturated with feedback between dashes, parentheses, question marks or commas. Regrettable and paradoxically suffers from these specifications in developing substantive developments.

recreation of the story that scandalized Mexican society is only a pretext and the real objective is murky: there is a book about a little of everything but nothing concrete. Line plot could be about incest, patricide, and bestiality, the prospect of God and sin, social putrefaction, psychological distress, sexuality, jealousy, or the limits of a man obsessed with an idea, but the truth is that all are treated briefly and instead delves into the most crass clichés. Luis Spota

builds most of his novel about arguments ridiculous and effeminate. Claudia's past, his wife, covers much of the book and has the misfortune to pall quickly the reader for what is written on it as well irrelevant, is unspeakably corny. The story is sadly missed and, despite the immense potential that is, ends up falling into the typical arguments of a TV melodrama. The result is a document totally distorted from its original conception

The real core of the novel may be stated in the purpose of the antagonist: creating a race of supermen, as Nietzsche would say. Lazarus believes himself a unique individual, unique and chosen by fate, so has lived isolated from the mundane. The bricks will be constructed on the reformer project are the genes of his family and life mixing genesis find this new society. Incest is not mean or nasty, just the process by which this type of Adam procreate offspring needed and that, besides being desirable, it is perfectly natural.

The film version, or the credible representation of that unlikely event, is the polar opposite of the unfortunate version of this publication. The script was neatly written by Jose Emilio Pacheco and Ripstein and aims to show the character sick, deranged driver and the parent (which, unlike the previous case, appears as the main character), in general, is narrower than in the novel but much more direct and, I believe, with little trace of ambiguity.

obsessions Gabriel, former Lazarus, dictate the behavior of their children and wife, who are shipwrecked in the ocean that a volatile mood. Their deposits in the schedules, training and world views have shaped bodies without autonomy more like zombies than individuals.

For Gabriel the world is superficial and worthy of loathing, human beings sin and constantly evoke the woman creates the seed of this pest: - Can you imagine how many deaths would fit in this room? - Says without any prior dialogue that encourages a similar remark and soon narrows, beasts only seek pleasure and playing perpetuate its horror and squalor. Is a string that will only end with the end of time ... and with the People are the same, by the rats have known better ... that's why men do not want you to have any contact with the world.

Despite the particular vision that has printed on their children, and Future Utopia emerge in some primitive instincts and it was impossible to feed them with someone outside your blood, try to mitigate them among themselves. These jolts of naturalness, are sporadic because basically it's too late, Gabriel has been able to form a structure irresquebrajable around his family and no matter they have a chance to break free, will eventually be uncomfortable in the objective reality of the rest the world.

However, there are some events reflect the profound hypocrisy of Gabriel. So much of the film one gets captivated by the speeches and postures of this eccentric individual, but soon runs out of position violent actions to the concept that it had formed the observer. The change is so drastic that it is valid to wonder if the director made a mistake or where to volunteer, questioned the purpose. Probably this peculiarity is the only loose end and in that sense, it differs from the novel that presents a character with attitude unchanged.

With the economy in the dialogues, actions need to be excellent and they are. The picture gives it lacks the dynamism of language spoken and awakens in the viewer a lot of emotions, especially hopelessness and melancholy.
